Rules and Regulations :

​

1. Only 2 authors per paper.

2. The presentation must be supported by powerpoint slides. Number of slides is 10-15.

3. Time limit for presentation is 7-10 minutes.
4. Participants must also carry a hard copy.
5. Proper references must be mentioned in the hard copy.

6. The full length papers must be submitted in IEEE format and should not exceed 6 pages.
7. The soft copy and hard copy must be submitted an hour before the start of the event.
8. Font size should be 30 for headings and 24 for the matter.
9. No colourful or flashy fonts are to be used.
10. The paper must be original and copying the paper entirely from the internet must be prevented.
11. New ideas and research work are encouraged.

Send in your abstracts to instrublitzeie@gmail.com on or before 18/01/2013. The name of the attachment file and the subject of the mail should strictly be the title of the paper. Mention the name, year, course, college, phone number, e-mail id of each author both in the mail and the attachment file.
